Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and AI Impact ("we", "us", "our") and govern your use of the Dramaverse mobile application and the pages at aiimpact.app/dramaverse (together, "the Service"). By installing, opening or using the Service you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.

1. Who may use the Service
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age of digital consent in your country if that age is higher, which is 16 in parts of the European Economic Area. If you are under 18 you may use the Service only with the involvement of a parent or guardian, who accepts these Terms on your behalf and is responsible for any purchases made on the account.
The Service is rated for teenage audiences and some series contain mature themes, dramatised conflict or suggestive situations. Use the age controls on your device if that is not appropriate for the person using it.
2. Your account
The Service creates an anonymous account for you the first time you open the App. That account is a random identifier generated on your device. We do not ask for an email address, a password, a phone number or a social login, and we cannot identify you personally from the account alone.
Because there is no password, your account lives on the device and in your device backup. Anyone with access to your unlocked device has access to your account, including its coins and any active subscription. Keep your device secured.
You may add an optional display name, username, short bio and avatar. You are responsible for what you put there. Do not use another person's name or likeness, anything unlawful, offensive or misleading, or anything that infringes someone else's rights. We may remove profile content that breaks this rule and, in serious or repeated cases, close the account.
One account is intended per person. Accounts may not be sold, rented, shared or transferred.
3. Licence to use the Service
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the Service for your own private, non-commercial entertainment, on devices you own or control. This licence ends when these Terms end.
4. What you may not do
You agree not to:
- copy, record, screen-capture, download outside the features we provide, re-upload, broadcast, publicly perform or redistribute any series, episode, image, subtitle or other content from the Service;
- circumvent, disable or interfere with any paywall, licence check, digital rights protection, rate limit or security feature, or access episodes you have not unlocked;
- reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to derive the source code of the App or our servers, except where that restriction is prohibited by law;
- use bots, scrapers, automation, emulators or modified clients, or create accounts by automated means;
- manipulate coins, rewards, advertising rewards or purchases, including by fraudulent chargebacks, refund abuse or exploiting a bug rather than reporting it;
- upload or transmit malware, attempt unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts, or test our systems without written permission;
- use the Service to infringe anyone's rights, break any law, or harass, threaten or impersonate anyone.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules, with or without notice, and may report unlawful activity to the authorities.
5. Content and ownership
All series, episodes, artwork, subtitles, text, software and other material in the Service belong to us or to our licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership to you. The Dramaverse and AI Impact names and logos are ours; you may not use them without our written permission.
The catalogue changes over time. A series or episode may be added, edited, re-rated, made free, made paid, moved behind Pro or removed entirely, including after you have unlocked it. We do not promise that any specific title will remain available. See our Content and Copyright page for how to report an infringement.
6. Coins, Pro and payments
Coins are a virtual item with no monetary value outside the Service. They cannot be exchanged for money, transferred between accounts, or redeemed for anything other than unlocking episodes in the App. Dramaverse Pro is an auto-renewing subscription.
All purchases are processed by the App Store or Google Play under their own terms, not by us. We never receive or store your card details. Prices are set per country and may change.

7. Advertising
Some episodes can be unlocked by watching a rewarded video instead of spending coins. Rewarded and other advertising is delivered by AppLovin MAX and its partners, who process device and advertising identifiers under their own privacy policies. On iOS you are asked for tracking permission first and may decline and continue to use the Service. Pro removes advertising.
8. Availability, changes and beta features
We aim to keep the Service running, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service, add or remove features, or limit access in a country, at any time. Some features may be labelled as test or preview features and may change or be withdrawn without notice.
9. Ending these Terms
You may stop using the Service at any time. You can delete your account and its data from Profile, Delete account, or by writing to us; see our Delete your account page.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if we reasonably suspect fraud or abuse, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service. If we discontinue the Service entirely we will give reasonable notice where we can.
When an account ends, for any reason, unused coins and any unlocked episodes are lost and are not refunded, except where a refund is required by law or granted by the App Store or Google Play. An active subscription continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, unless the store refunds it.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements, that defects will be corrected, or that content will always be available.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any right you have under mandatory consumer protection law in your country.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data, coins, profits or goodwill, arising out of or related to the Service.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for all claims in any twelve month period is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us through the Service in that period, or fifty United States dollars.
This section does not limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, loss or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or your infringement of a third party's rights. This does not apply where the law does not allow it, and it does not apply to consumers to the extent local consumer law prevents it.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The current version is always published at aiimpact.app/dramaverse/terms/ with the date it took effect. If a change materially reduces your rights we will give notice in the App before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms; if you do not accept them, stop using the Service and delete your account.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts of Istanbul have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or another country whose law gives you the protection of your local courts and mandatory consumer rules, those rights are not affected by this section.
Before starting any formal proceedings, please write to support@aiimpact.com so we can try to resolve the matter directly. Consumers in the European Union may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform.
15. General
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the rest remains in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them to an affiliate or in connection with a merger or sale of assets. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, the Subscription and Coin Terms and the Content and Copyright page, are the entire agreement between us about the Service.
Sections 5, 6, 9, 10, 11, 12, 14 and 15 survive the end of these Terms.
