Content and Copyright
Last updated: 23 September 2026
1. Who owns what
Every series, episode, poster, still, subtitle track and piece of artwork in Dramaverse is owned by AI Impact or licensed to us by its rights holder, and is protected by copyright and related rights. The Dramaverse name, logo and app icon are our trademarks.
You get a personal licence to stream and, with Dramaverse Pro, to download episodes for offline playback inside the App. That licence does not let you copy, record, screen-capture, rip, re-upload, publicly perform, broadcast, sublicense, sell or otherwise redistribute any part of the catalogue. Attempting to bypass the paywall or the content protection that keeps the media private is a breach of our Terms of Service and may also be unlawful.
Offline downloads are for use inside the App only. They are stored in an internal cache, are not accessible as ordinary media files, and expire 48 hours after the download completes.
2. Content standards
Dramaverse publishes scripted short drama. Series may include dramatised conflict, romance, revenge plots and other mature themes, which is why the App is rated for teenage audiences. We do not publish pornography, content that sexualises minors, real violence, hate speech, or content that promotes self-harm or illegal activity. If you think something in the catalogue crosses one of those lines, tell us using the contact details below and we will review it.
3. Reporting an infringement
If you own the rights to something you believe is being used in Dramaverse without permission, send a notice to support@aiimpact.com with the subject line "Copyright notice" and include:
1. your name, postal address, telephone number and email address; 2. identification of the work you say is infringed, and evidence of your rights in it; 3. the series and episode in Dramaverse where the material appears, precisely enough for us to locate it; 4. a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent or the law; 5. a statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act on their behalf; 6. your physical or electronic signature.
We review every complete notice and aim to respond within five business days. Where a notice is justified we remove or disable the material promptly and tell the uploading party where one exists. An incomplete notice slows this down, so please include all six items.
4. Counter-notice
If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake or a misidentification, write to the same address with the subject line "Counter-notice", identifying the material and where it appeared, and stating that you believe in good faith it was removed in error, along with your contact details and signature. We will pass a valid counter-notice to the complaining party and may restore the material unless they start legal proceedings.
5. Repeat infringers
We terminate the accounts and remove the content of parties who repeatedly infringe the rights of others.
6. Misuse of this process
Deliberately submitting a false notice may make you liable for damages, including costs and legal fees, under the law that applies to you.
